When you request vehicle pricing, we collect the e-mail address you provide, the vehicle you asked about, the site language and the domain you used. Our hosting providers also process standard technical data (such as IP address) in server logs for security purposes. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.
We process your e-mail address to send you the secure access link and the pricing or offer you requested (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to respond to your enquiries, and to follow up on your interest in our vehicles as part of our legitimate interest in direct marketing of our own products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to marketing contact at any time.
We use trusted service providers acting as data processors: Supabase (database hosting), Netlify (website hosting) and Resend (e-mail delivery). Your data may also be visible to our sales staff. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Some of our providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (including the USA). In such cases the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
We keep lead data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and our follow-up communication, and no longer than necessary for these purposes, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or a longer period is required by law.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing (including direct marketing), and receive your data in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise your rights, write to office@busconcept.eu.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We only use storage that is strictly necessary for the service you request: a secure session token saved in your browser after you click the access link (so the price can be shown to you) and a small flag remembering that the contact window has already been shown. These do not require consent and are not shared with anyone.
We may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
